Homecoming for Jan 6th. Insurrectionists
Top Story: Homecoming for Jan. 6th Insurrectionists
The boys and girls are coming home - the ones who wreaked havoc on The Capitol during the Jan 6th deadly insurrection…that is.
And Americans can and should blame Trump when these dangerous, unsavory thugs — which include white supremacists and militia leaders — begin to wreak havoc in the towns and cities they call home.
Your job is to warn Americans who may or may not have voted for Trump, that this is just their first gift from America’s president.
HOW TO COVER TRUMP’S JAN 6th RELEASES
Write about:
What they did, and how they plotted
What unsavory groups are they affiliated with?
What havoc did they wreak locally before they decided to storm The Capitol?
How do their neighbors feel about having them back?
Are local law enforcement officers prepared?
Are Trump supporters happy about this?
Are local Republicans happy about this?
Do they have tips for what people ought to do to protect themselves?
Not all Republicans thought it was a good idea. But according to a recent piece in Axios, Trump told at least one of his insiders: “F%$% it, release them all!”
At least one of the recently released has already been rearrested on gun charges.
