TIP: Remember to note who wanted this in the first place.
Snapping the rich; or Walmart, you might not like this either
TIP: Explore how the bill will impact businesses that serve low-income folks.
TIP: Find a low-income community on your beat and report on what this bill means for real people in households on one single block there; juxtapose that with information on what the bill will mean for people in households on a wealthy block on your beat. If your beat doesn't encompass both; team up with a fellow reporter.
